Powers:
Control Over Titans East:
She has complete control over the system of Titans east. She makes the security system that much more hard to get into and she can monitor the whole tower. She can turn on and off alarms and greet people that come in. She can control the testing room along with the Titans East communicators. (well basically she can control anything that is connected to the tower).

Forms:
Monitoring Form:
In this form she is practically in the wiring of the Titans East system. She can control the whole Tower and isn't in any physical form, (Except becoming a hologram), and she can't leave the tower.
Robot Form:
When she is in her physical robot form she can walk around the tower and she can walk a mile away from the tower. (If she leaves that mile radius she shuts down). She usually gets in the form to clean, makes sure Miley is catching things on fire, and just to hang out. She prefers the form.

Skills:
Excellent Hacker
Can speak every language.
Can pull up information and coordinates in less then 5 seconds.
Very loyal to Titan East members.

Weaknesses:
If she leaves the radius around the tower, she shuts down.
If the tower gets destroyed, she is destroyed.
If you threaten a Titan member, she will most likely give in information.

Personality:
TELR is very fun, energetic, and sarcastic. She loves most of the Titans members and gets very touchy on the subject that she isn't human. She thinks of herself as one of the Titans and tries to act as human as one can get. Although she is fun and bubbly and is always trying to act like a human, she has a weird interest in shoelaces.
She also finds Miley's problem with not picking up after herself very annoying.

History:
TELR was created by Eric Ellis out of the annoyance of keeping up with everything. He decided that they needed more security in the tower and more help around the area. He locked himself in his room for a good week and came out with a blue robot. He introduced her to the whole Team and set her off to make friends and to show her what she can do. Now, she usually watches the tower all day and night and loves to tell people when different missions arrived.
