Powers:Super Speed:The chemical accident wally was in gave him a link to the extra-dimensional force called the Speed Force. This allows Kid Flash to run at velocities going up to 800 mph. He cannot do this forever of course, as his metabolism requires him to keep eating. He can also move other parts of his body at high velocities, such as quickly spinning his arms to generate small whirlwinds.
Vibrations: Kid flash can vibrate his body at high speeds. He can vibrate his body through solid objects, and generate miniature earthquakes within a 5 foot radius of him. He can also channel the vibrations to cause friction, which translates to heat.
Above Human endurance and healing. He can take a hit to the head that would normally render a normal person unconscious. A broken bone will heal in 5 times the time, and the same for any other minor injury. This does not work on entire limbs... if his arm is gone, it's gone.
Skills:Is average at hand to hand combat, which is enhanced by his powers.
Weaknesses:Level Containment Field:If a person has the knowledge and the foresight to have prepared a Level 4 Containment field, one can not only prevent him from using his powers, but also cause great pain.
Metabolism:Due to his powers, Wally must consume large amounts of food, or else he becomes very weak, and his powers begin to slow... the won't disappear entirely, he just needs to eat again.
Equipment:None, however, his gloves do have compartments for storing small amounts of food in case Wally is kept away from food for longer than a day.

Personality:One of Kid Flash's most notable personality traits is his witt. Because his super-speed literally allows him all the time he needs, Kid Flash is very laid-back. He likes to wise-crack and make snappy quips, and seems to be quick with making decisions as well. Perhaps due to his cocky nature, he sometimes finds himself going far too fast for himself, which can lead to mistakes. Despite this, Kid Flash has a kind heart that can see people for who they really are
Strengths: Kid Flash's mental abilities are also hyper-accelerated, simple computations can be done at lightning speeds and can devise strategies and solutions to problems when fighting villains in no time at all.

History:Wally was caught in a chemical explosion caused by a lightning strike. The electricity that infused with the potentially dangerous mix of chemicals radically altered Wally's body, giving him the ability to move and think at superhuman speeds. Subsequently, he became the young sidekick of The Flash and was dubbed with the moniker Kid Flash.
At some point, he left his mentor to become independent and make a name for himself, only to become one of the Teen Titans later on. When the Brotherhood of Evil finally executed its plans to eliminate all young superheroes around the world, Kid Flash was among the few who managed to elude capture. He helped in the final fight against the brotherhood.
Sample RP: Bank robbery... how original. The police had the place surrounded, but there was a problem. They had hostages. They wanted safe passage out and they swore they would kill one hostage for each robber not allowed free. They had even locked the doors until the getaway van arrived. They wouldn't accept a police car... could be tracked, so they decided in advance to arrange for their own vehicle to come. Just as the large van pulled up, they heard an unfamiliar voice.
"Ya know... you really should turn yourself in... save you some jailtime."Leaning against the wall, was Kid Flash.
As he stood upright, one of the robbers yelled.
"Who's the kid? I thought we locked up this place!""Oh you did, I just vibrated my molecules through the walls.""This kid's a nut.""Look who's talking. Your the one who robbed a bank surrounded by cops.""Wrong. We have hostages. And if you make a move, I'll have my men shoot one faster than I can blink""Oh, that's actually pretty funny. You see... I can move faster."With that, the costumed hero became a blur, and before any of the goons realized what had happened, they were missing their guns. Next thing they new, the boy was standing on top of a pile of 7 guns or so.
'What the- Get 'im!"Bad idea." the boy said as he became a rushing blur again as he rushed forward and full on decked the leader before flipping off the man and zipping around at the other goons. Each he picked off with quick punches. All the men were unconscious on the ground, but there was one more loose and to tie up. Kid Flash ran up to the door, quickly unlocked it, and zoomed from the bank. He ran up to the waiting van, and before the driver even knew what was happening, the boy had pressed his hand to the bottom one of the tires. His hand vibrated at a high speed as the rubber glowed red before melting onto the pavement. That van wasn't moving.
The police hadn't even processed what had happened when Kid flash ran up to the captain.
"They're all yours."The captain stood in bewilderment as the boy zoomed of again.
"Wait... what?"It didn't really matter what he said at that point... The kid was already on the other side of town.
