Recently more villains have been entering into the fray even the playing field for villains against neutrals but there are still a surplus more of heroes than villains. Though the villains are certainly putting up a fight to further themselves very quickly.

Bible Black here! I know a new name, how scary! Don't worry my lovelies I'm not here to harm you. Just here to get the 411 on the big baddies here, and im not talking about the owner of the chinese place food on the corner of 7th. Seriously I think I've seen her take out a bull with a wooden stool.... don't make her mad guys. 

But after awhile I just came back in town. Is there anyone or gangs I should be wary of during my stay. Bonus points if I could get a tour around the town!

Hey I'm HFTTFOWMUNM, As for your question there is some people and groups you shouldnt mess with. Heres the list of them.

Nightngale/Addison Necowl: She has escaped from the asylum not too long ago after having been put in there for mass murder and the moment she got out she started to mass murder again. If you hear her name you definitely should note where she is and go the other direction.

(Gangs will be listed in order of smallest and weakest to largest and strongest)

Black Rose Gang: A local gang that was newly formed but is still pretty strong despite that. (Black, Grey and purple colored clothes)

Ridge Gang: They are small but strong and has been around for years now (Silver color colored clothes)

Rocky Road Gang: They tend to tie up poeple and drag them with their cars around gravel and rock filled roads. They are pretty brutal and have a massive amount of members (Brown colored clothes)

Harlet Blood Gang: This gang is filled with only girls but all of them have been before in asylums and broke out some how Most of their members also how powers. (Gold and red colored clothes)

Mint Gang: This gang has many big time businesses under their thumbs and 75% of them have powers.(White and green colored clothes)

Shadow Gang: This gang has their fingers in just about every big time and small time business in the city they are all powered people and they probably own or have most of the cities' powered thugs under their name. They are the most brutal gang I have ever seen and they are still growing in size and numbers. (Blue and platinum colored clothes)

Wow so many colors... Looks like im going to have to get rid of half my wardrobe before going outside. Are there any places that these gangs are known for hanging out. I'd rather not walk in on one of their meetings when they decide to beat up the next handsome guy they see.

Heh yeah but you don't have to worry unless you dress in just those colors only. As for their locations well they are sorta everywhere in the city so there's no real avoiding them. You just have to not tick them off when you see them is all. an or just run in another direction on the off chance one is in a bad mood.
