"Hello ad welcome to Star City News! I am Jane Juno lead anchor woman to Star City News." A woman with bright blonde hair that was curled said as she smiled to the camera. "Today a mystery boy with blue hair suddenly tarted to attack the city streets causing a massive amount of property damage." Pictures and camera footage of this started to display on the screen next to her.
"Eye witnesses took footage and pictures of the attack and of a masked vigilante, that was recently found fighting the unknown man and interacting with the mystery dragon, starting to talk to the boy. The vigilante then managed to remove a collar from the boy thus seeming to clam him down."
"The boy then destroyed an odd looking machine before the two left without a trace no remorse of all the property damage that was caused. Police soon arrived on the screen to only find the wreckage left behind." The footage and images faded away.
"Reports say that the costs could estimate up to possibly $6,700 but they say that only covers just the bare minimum of what was damaged and they have yet to calculated more of the prices. but as it is this is still a large sum of money that was ranked up in mere seconds."
"Knowing these two are running around freely surely must be sending fear to those who don't have much money to spare to pay for such things. One can only hope though that this will not send our beloved city into bankruptcy due to all of these 'heroes' running around.
