Powers: Paralysis stare- He can stare into someones eyes to completely physically immobilize them, it doesn`t work on someone wearing Goggles or any kind of eye protection.

Weaknesses: No skill in hand to hand combat. Very little upper body strength
Equipment: Bombs, Skull guns and special bullets that are much more effective than normal bullets.

Personality: When Kyle is not acting as the grim reaper, he is quiet, likes reading, and dislikes violence. He now acts like this even as the Grim reaper and only hurts when he needs to or in self defence.

Interests/Habits: Kyle Black is a model student, he spends his breaks and lunches studying or reading. The grim reaper spends his time building new gadgets using his late grand-fathers fortune, practising his marksmanship skills and preparing for the night. Usually makes great effort to remove all evidence that would lead to him, but will often leave alot of clues if panicked.

History: Kyle Black was born under the rich Black familly, safe from the crime of the city. As he grew up he became increasingly aware in the logic behind his future policy, he was frustrated how some people could get away with what they did and the sickening decisions made by normal people. He soon became obssessed with the thought that all humans are despicable, no matter how nice they think they are and that he must slowly kill as much people as possible.
He grabbed the oppourtunity to do so when he inherited his Grand-fathers fortune, he made weapons, trained himself to wield various weapons and decided that he needed to represent something that would strike fear into people. He decided to become the grim reaper, he tweaked his gadgets to make them look like the kind of things death would wield and put it to the test. He walked into a packed concert, shot at the band, fought off security with his gadgets and used his poison gas to kill everyone, intentionally letting a reporter survive to tell the world of The grim reaper.
However, due to certain events he lost all memory of his second life and became a normal teenager again, however one day he remembered his life and was disgusted by his old philosophy, he vowed to change his ways and help people, knowing that the world would never accept him as a hero.
