Flight:
When Ray starts to fly she jumps into the air and sprouts small wings. She can fly up to 900 MPH but she can't stop fast enough so she usually hits something in front of her. If her wings get wet she has to dry them out before she can fly again.

Wind Manipulation:
Ray can move wind with her hands in any way she wants. She can push objects or people with wind, just like a Giant breeze. She can move an object up to 300 pounds of weight, but after moving it she has to take a moment to regain herself. If she doesn't she will get extremely tired. She can move anything up to her weight limit but the heavier it gets the less she can push it around.To do this she has to be concentrating and if her hands are tied together she can't control the wind at all.

Rainbow Manipulation:
Ray can make Rainbows and use it to physically harm someone. She can create Rainbow Balls and throw them at someone or make Rainbow Beams to hit someone. Her rainbows can create up to 250 pounds of bone crushing, wall bashing, force. She could kill someone if she hits them in the right spot at the right angle, but she chooses not to proves that theory. Again, she can't control any of her Rainbows if her hands are tide together.

Durability:
Ray has had years of pain that makes her able to take blows easier. So when she runs into a tree or something solid she doesn't take it as hard as a normal human would. Plus she heals quicker then a regular human. A broken bone takes about 2 weeks to heal, a cut takes about 2 days, but a serious injury takes about a month to heal.

*She is very fast for a human.
*She can make mini tornadoes (when flying) for a small period of time.
*When she flies a rainbow stays behind her then disappears after a short period of time.
*She always stays loyal to someone above her or who she chose to listen to.
*Advance fighting techniques. She had 4 years of training in the martial arts.
*Advance flexibility. she's had 3 years of gymnastics.
*She is a natural dare devil and will take plenty of risks too show off or just to fight.

She has to use her hands to use her powers. So if they're tied together she can't use her powers.

If her wings get wet she can't fly, so any water on her wings would stop her from any escape.

Ray always looks on the bright side and tends not to take things too seriously. The only thing that would make her panic if something (or someone) she loved got hurt. She also thinks everything is going to turn out alright and under estimates people. therefore they could attack her when she least expects it.

Ray loves her sunglasses and wears them in side just to look cool. If someone picks on her, or her friends, she gets hot headed real quick. History:
Ray grew up in Equestria with her sister and her best friends. They always told her of how good she was of a flyer and taught her how to be a good friend. She's always has been loyal to them and loyal to the WonderBolts decision who turned her down when she wanted to join there flying team. She knew at age 13 that she was meant to protect the good when she saved ,people who weren't they're friends, from a dragon attack. Throughout her flying time and saving people she's been thrown around, beaten, and brutally attacked. After a couple years of that she became more and more durable causing her too be a better hero.

Ray moved away from Equestria at age 14 so protect people that she thought didn't have a lot of hero's like her. She found out that there were many other hero's, but that didn't stop her. Especially when she figured out there were many villains out to take to jail in StarCity. Overall, Ray chose to be loyal to StarCity and will protect it at any costs. She wish's to join a team for the good and to protect people, but she doesn't know much teams yet so she stick to be solo and protects the city she's grown to love.

In her history you should explain the "years of pain mentioned in her durability power" right now I don't see why she's so tough.

Weaknesses; you only have one. I know you mentioned the wings getting wet, but you should repost that fact in weaknesses so people can just look at the app and see right away and anymore you can think of. Like: maybe she gets naive or too happy, or has a weakness for ponies, or goes fangirl around Titans.
