| This thread is to laugh at our past selves and to thank our present selves for not being our past selves. Basically we laugh at how horrible we were at something in the past but how good we are at it now. This can range from writing to acting to drawing to well literally anything you can think of and trust me there is plenty I can toss in but I think my first eye burning session should be my first rp post ever on a forum and my most recent so get your eye's ready cause they will burn in horror of how bad I was back in the day at writing xD WARNING: Looking at my past failures may cause, internal bleeding, tooth aches, nose bleeds but not the fun anime kinds but the horrible medical issues ones, a zombie esc limb, heart attacks, cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat, drowsiness, dizziness, feeling nervous, mild nausea, upset stomach, constipation, increased appetite, weight changes, sleep problems, dry mouth, *takes long deep breath* sudden vision loss, ringing in your ears, or sudden hearing loss, chest pain or heavy feeling, pain spreading to the arm or shoulder, more nausea, sweating, general ill feeling, irregular heartbeat, swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet, shortness of breath, vision changes, feeling light-headed, fainting, something that lasts more than 4 hours that you should really see a doctor about, warmth or redness in your face, neck, or chest, stuffy nose, headache, memory problems, upset stomach, back pain, and the realization that everything after the long breath in was a slightly rephrased list of side effects that viagra has according to the internet. I don't control you o-o......((This was actually hard to find cause I think that the site made my first post which i still remember vanish or someone deleted it i don't know maybe i had it deleted so i tried to find it thought my post listings not the topics i made and apparently that only keeps track of you 20 most recent pages of posts.... yes I hit over 20 pages in my posts over on the other site and well the fact it only goes back to October of last year well.... yeaaaaaaaaaaaaah. Okay next update tuuuuurns out that it only keeps track topics wise on your 8 most recent pages of threads..... so to make up for the lack of the awful first post I will share my first- *pauses to check if she actually can get it first.* my first solo at first glance it looked okay with decent spacing and actually having color coding. ((For all you kids out there back in the day I actually did color coding like most members do now but in all of my rp posts, after losing my computer and having to use an xbox to post things I was too lazy to type out the color codes so well I haven't really started typing them again in my posts again yet but my cool post backgrounds make up for it!..... right? ...... right .....? ..... *walks away silently*)) But after starting to read it I found the grammar and spelling horribly laughable and makes me wonder who really caused the rule of apps only being approved if you had good spelling and grammar in it was made. So do to the disappointment of my first real post and this long intro here is the full / first two posts of my first solo rp thread the side effects from this one are the same but not as bad back pain.)) - My First Post Ever:
A 14 year old Paige sat in a tree in by a road in pretty much the middle of nowhere. Paige dangled her feet as she typed on her computer. Ever so often she would stop typing and drift off into thought for about 5 mins and wouldn't even realize it.
Paige has the medical term A.D.D. which ment Attention. Defisent Disorder it means she pretty much sucks at paying attention. Sometimes it wasn't that bad and she was fully focused but other times like right now it would be pretty bad.
Paige typed on her computer serching online about items that may or may not really exist that could help control her powers.
She clicked on a link labeled "The mystical red jewel". Before reading it she got destracted by her dangling feet. She staired at her shoes that she had for about a year now showing a few wear and tear spots but nothing to seriouse.
"Huh, I might want to get a new pair soon I wouldn't want them to get to the point of them practicly falling apart."
She looked back at her computer and skimed the page until something caught her eye. It was the listed abillitys and read out loud but very poorly for she never was that good at reading expeshaly out loud.
" The My-sti-cal... oh The Mystical red jewel holds mainly only one a-bill-e-tee which is to clear and foucus ones mind making even the cloudest and un-fo-cu-sed mind able to clearly foucus on over 10 things. This jewel is room-mared to be hidden in a cave South of Jump City. Thats it! Alright now to look up where Jump City is."
She typed on her computer for a few seconds then got destracted and looked up at a sigh that read "500 milies until Jump City". She looked back down and typed.
"Wait a second....."
She did a face palm then closed her laptop puting it in her half way full laptop then jumped down from the tree.
" I sware this A.D.D. thing is a blessing and a curse."
She followed the road to Jump City. As she entered the city her stomack growled. She looked up to see a pizza place. She dashed over to the resterant and orded a large cheese pizza the only kind she would eat because she was a picky eater.
After she finished the waitor walked over haning her the bill. She reached out her hand acting like she was gonna grab it then made a mad dash for it running way from the store hearing a slight yelling sound that had to have been from the waitor.
She looked at an online map on her laptop for all caves south of Jump City. There where multiple but Paige desided to go to the biggest one.
As Paige arived at the cave she closed her eyes and cuped her hands attempting to make a energy bolt and trying to hold it in mid air with her telekinises at the same time so she would have some type of light sorce for when she went in the cave.
The first bolt she tried making blew up in her face, no really it achullay blew up. The second time she failed to hold it in place and blew up a tree. The third time she sucsessfuly made one then entered the cave.
She was a little more edgey than useual because besides the energy bolt it was pitch black. And unforchonently she was afraid of the dark.

Paige walked down the narrow path of the cave looking all around the walls but never really forward.
Paige saw something shine from the reflection of the engregy bolt on the wall. She walked up to it.
"Is that the jewel?"
She looks really close to it and saw ridges on its back, what she saw wasn't the jewel but a shiny...
"BUUUGG!!!!"
The bug jumped at her but missed. Not knowing it missed she flung back quickly swoting the air by her body while walking backwords trieing to get the bug that never landed on her off. (the bolt of energy is still there but just floating by her head.)
" AHHHH GET IT OFF ME!!! GET IT OFF ME!!! GET IT OFF MEEEEE!!!"
As Paige walks backwards she steps on a booby trap and the ground behind her slides open like a door. Paige falls face first down the hole and sheilds her face with her arms and closes her eyes.
Paige stoped falling but didn't hit anything. Why did she stop falling? She opens her eyes to see a sharp metal spick only inches from her face.
Paige had self conchisly stoped her falling just in time by flying.
"Coooool I can fly! Now if I was't afraid of hights this would perfect. Now to figure out how to go up."
Paige moved her hands in the well known thhnking pose as she thought "up, up? how do i drive this thing i mean superman does it all the time all i wana do is go up and land safely it can't be that hard."
Every time she thought the word up she un knowingly floated up. and once she said she wanted to fly up and land safly she self concuisly did so. She had only realized she landed safly until after she landed.
Paige started to walk down the path again down what looked like tiled flooring. She staired at the titles.
"Huh... useally in movies like Indiana Jones random tiled floors usaly ment...."
She steped down on a tile and activated anothee trap. Wooden spears shot from the wall at Paige.
She looked to her left and saw the floating spears that her powers had self conchisly stoped.
" Two things, One I hate it when I'm right about stuff like booby traps ans two how come every time I try to do this stuff (as in her powers) on perpose it always back fires on me?"
Paige watch the spears drop as her power dis activates. She continues to walk down the path way to see a small red jewel floating and a large rock. This was it she had found the jewel.
She reached out to it and a large red flash knocked her back onto the ground. She felt like she was hit in the face by a truck.
She held her held her forhead as she looked at the blue energy bolt. It was turning red. She then realized the jewel was gone.
She rubed her aching forehead and felt something bumpy on it. It was the jewel. The jewel had infused its self with in her skull.
" So thats why the enery bolt turned red. Well now I don't have to worrie about loosing it. I know I'm gonna regret saying this but usaly after the treasure huter got the pirze a giant..."
Bulder came crashing down and charged at Paige like an argry bull. She started to fly just barely fast enough to out run the bulder.
" I should really lern to keep my mouth shut and the people who build the traps need to stop watching Indiana Jones."
Paige dusted off her pants and stared to rub the jewel on her fore head. Then began to walk forward continuing to head south of Jump City not knowing that one day she would return to this city and start one of the biggest jurnoney of her life.
((Why do any of you kept rping with me back then again...? Oh and fun fact! I wrote this all by using the Wii Console's internet and having to point at the screen with the remote to type one letter at a time while my tv screen was at its lowest brightness so that i wasn't caught from being up late, aaaaah the good old days and what I did just to get on the site and post an dhow i ignored the suggestions on the correct spellings on the wii gave me where I wroth Jurnoney and the wii was like "Do you mean journey?" and I was like "What is that word even?" Fun fact! I was horrible at reading back in the day! Fun Fact! Back in the day was only 4 years ago 0H0.....))

The man carried the Imperfect girl as he run over to the other side of the wall. The imperfect girl had so many thoughts and questions running through her head, why couldn't she remember this man? Why was she suddenly in some weird place? How did she see so many of these new colors?
Why did she need this mouth mask to breath but he didn't? She wanted to ask the man but she was scared that if he really was her father and he learned that she couldn't remember him that it would hurt him which despite not knowing this man she felt like it would hurt if she made him sad.
The man then adjusted her in his arms and held out his hand towards the tube in front of them's window and formed an odd looking see through orb and fired it at the window cracking it then fired once more busting it open and sending water poring out.
She blinked looking from it to the man, he had been the one to bust her out of the tube... but who was he- She looked back up and blinked in confusion before she saw the imperfect boy who like the man had light brown hair and like her only has a strap of cloth covering his privates.
He unlike her though landed on the ground on his feet crouching down before he stood up and looked to them walking forward slowly picking up his pace before hugging them. He seemed to know who they were.... but he was in the same tube as her.... why did he remember but she didn't....? The boy blinked and eyed the girl.
"Why are you looking at me like that.....?" She bit her lip as she was caught with her confused look covering her face. She opened her mouth to speak before looking down making the boy eye her more but before he could push her for answers the man cut him off. "Come on Davis we need to go now if we want to get out of here."
Davis looked to the man and nodded before they both started to run. They were both very fast and the man seemed not to be at all slowed down despite holding the girl in his arms. As they ran explosions started going off on the ground and rapidly was heading their way making her eyes go wide but before she could warn the two they were hit into the air by the explosions.
She flew out of the man's arms and as he hit her head on the ground everything went black.... The imperfect girl stood now as she was in the grass of a park staring up at a girl with bright blonde hair she held up her hand with her fingers spread apart as a large orb floating above it. The Girl and what she did felt familiar but she had never seen her before to her knowing.
The blonde girl wore a nice black lose dress with some ruffles and a slight poof to the bottom half and she wore no shoes. Around the waist a small slightly see through waist cape hung that went down to her knees and it showed off her legs rather than closing fully off.
She had on long tight gloves that were also black and stretched back to her elbows and were fingerless for her pointer middle fingers and her thumb. She had a black near skin tight mask over her mouth as well and black cloth bands on her ankles. The girl looked into the orb as her eyes glowed a faint purple color as the orb softly glowed.
"You know you're aunt loaths it when you spy on her..." A woman said as she walked up to the tree she like the girl had bright blonde hair. "....." the woman sighed as the girl refused to talk to her."I know you're mad at your father and I for being so strict with you but please... come home..."
The girl glanced at her but looked back to her orb. "Please... despite you leaving every other week we still tend to worry about you especially when you leave for days at a time like you are now....."
The girl looked back down to her again as her eyes faded to green and she floated walked over to the edge of the tree and rotated her hand to go over top of the orb and stepped off the edge hanging from the orb as it floated down and let her land on the ground gently.
The girl then guided the orb back over to her and held it to her chest and placed her other hand over top of her other and gently pushed it back into herself before looking back up to the woman and starting to walk off with her. "Thank you honey" the woman said gently kissing the girls head as they walked off.
The imperfect girl blinked as she watched them leave, the scene felt so familiar.... but she didn't know why.... Everything then went dark again and as the imperfect girl opened her eyes again she could see the night sky. She blinked as she looked over how different it looked now.
She then looked to the man that had saved her as he leaned against a rock sleeping looking a bit cut up as he still held her in his arms and then to the imperfect boy whose name had been learned to be Davis as he started at her. "Morgan..." She blinked and looked at him confused at the random name he spoke and caused him to give a disappointed look.
"So you don't remember huh....?" She sat up a bit in the man's arms as she spoke softly to avoid waking him. "Remember what....?" "Your name... dad.... me.... you still look at me like you did in the simulation... I remembered things when I came out but you.... you still act like we have never met....." She blinked as her head perked up at his words.
"Simulation.....? You mean-" "It was all fake... that entire world.... all those memories you have... they are all fake but we only hold those memories while were in the machine.... but you apparently still haven't gotten your real ones back... Which explains why you, according to dad, let yourself fall and hit the ground hard and looked so confused and out of it when you got out...
Well... since I know you don't know your name since I didn't know mine while in there and you looked like you had the same set up as me I'll inform you on your name.... You are Morgan Tones.... My little sister..... and that man who is holding you's daughter.... and you used to see the entire world in the palm of your hand.... literally..." She blinked and looked at her hand as he continued.
"You were strong despite the breathing issue you have..... You ran around in a costume allt he time but not to be a hero or villain but to be whatever it was you wanted to be and now here you are.... haven been taken and put into a fake world and seemed to lose almost everything that made you you.... and here I am... watching my own sister act as a stranger because despite trying so hard I failed to save her...."
The boy spoke as if he was admitting defeat as he laid down in the grass. "Try to not run off.... were going to be heading home at day break and i don't want to go back to save you again because you wondered off and was re kidnapped...."
He said before closing his eyes. Her name was Morgan Tones.... it felt right...correct.... but the life he told her... the information he just gave to her.... could it really be true...? Up till today.... that 'simulation' was all she thought she had and was true... it was the only lie she knew.... and now it was all just a lie?
And the life that was truly hers was lost to her....? Morgan laid her head on the man's chest, she didn't know what exactly to do now but she figured her best bet would probably be to stick with the people who saved her... she didn't want to take the chance that they were telling the truth and he was torn away from her real life and family again....
