Personality: She is a smart assy girl who can act like a child who usually steals to survive but also loves to steal just to steal things. When she shows how she really is rather than putting on a tough girl act you can find out that she is a really nice girl who hates to linger on the past at times. She also can not stand those who act like a cry babby and the pity me act.

History: Leigh was born into a rather odd family that enjoyed to work for mob bosses then double cross them. Easily enough said, she had stared to be a 'street rat' at a young age since she ran and refused to get a foster family. Though she would never be dumb enough to double cross a crime boss Leigh was a lot like her family in terms of loving and knowing how to steal hack and doing petty crimes. Leigh commonly sees things that she really shouldn't but is known to not hand out that info cheaply and doesn't take too kindly to threats.

Despite her lack of education Leigh is a fairly smart kid that would have most likely would have skipped a grade if she had actually been properly taught in the school system but sadly enough she wasn't and refuses to do so. Leigh constantly now, travels around the city never really sticking to one spot not wanting her 'family friends' to find her and either ask her to join them or finish the job they failed to fully complete.
