Weaknesses:
The powers that he bestows lasts for around 2 hours if he does it to a living object and twice as long if it is an inanimate object but their power would weaken and fade as time goes on. Sophia must also touch the subject to bestow a power but does not need to to take away the power he bestowed on another. He cannot bestow powers on himself but he is able to bestow powers on inanimate objects such as his clothing or his pets. He also can only bestow one power at a time to an object or person and if he wanted to change the ability of an object he would have to erase the old ability and wait 3 days before he can give a new power to the same object. He cannot force powers onto metahumans but he can erase the power he bestowed at will. He also can't bestow abilities in succession he has to wait 10 minutes before bestowing another power.

History: Born on a another planet. Sophia grew up as a street urchin, he and his family grew up hating the rich, they had everything food, wealth, and women and they were known to hold it over everyone. So one day while the rich were sleeping Sophia and his family snuck in and stole every thing and anything they could find. Whether it be food or water they took it all and they got away, well all except for Sophia he was caught and sent spiraling in a ship toward earth.. Once he hit the earth's surface he began to live as a average human for 4 years until he decided to enlist into earth's armed forces to lie low which didn't last long... During his time in the armed forces he learned that life is short well at least human life so in short he decided that he was going to spend his life doing whatever he wanted. For 6 years he worked as both a musician and a thief then he decided to move to star city.

I think you might want to put some type of time limit on the powers he give even if they stay by him
