===POWERS===
Powers:When the subtones from his key-tar are are playing, the frequencies in Harmons voice are modified to give him the power of hyper-suasion. This means he can convince you into doing almost anything. The person being convinced will think he's doing it of his own free will, while in actuality, it's harmon imprinting his will on their minds.
Skills:He is a magnificent Keyboard player, and has been one since the age of 10. He has a vast knowledge of sound theory, as well as electronics. He has begun to learn the effects of certain sounds on the human biology, however his tests are currently limited to small animals.
Weaknesses:He is human. No more, no less. His out fit is specially armored to hopefully bring down damage, but it isn't all that effective. He can be killed by a bullet, or a knife to the gut. This makes him rather weak in those regards.
As his technology is imperfect with human subjects, if the command Harmon tries imprint his will on a person, there's the possibility their psyche will reject the persuasions. This is especially true if it's something against that persons morals. When it comes to a normal command, Harmon has managed to make an ordinary command work 4 times out of 5. A command that goes against a persons moral will only work one time in ten.

His equipment is where the real power comes in for Harmon. He has personally modified his keytar to play subliminal tones allowing for his aforementioned powers of hyper-suasion. When certain keys are pressed in sequence, it become a laser gun that shoots beams of purple light. These beams can cut through metal in a minute if needed.

Personality: Harmon likes the arts. He enjoys anything classical, but is willing to adjust his playing for the situation. He also has a fond love of Techno music, which tends to show in some of his songs. he hates people who don't understand his music. He tends to have overly romantic views of the concept, and hopes to one day woo the right girl with his songs. He used to have strong moral compass, but the needs of living on the street have destroyed that and replaced by the need for personal gain.

History: Harmon was born in a small town. His mother was a composer for a band that made enough money for his family to survive on. In addition, his father was an acoustic engineer. It was clear the boy had aptitude for composing and music, which he inherited from his mother. With his fathers help, he built his first keytar, and played at school concerts. At 14 he moved from home to attempt becoming a musician, only to learn one thing. No one liked piano anymore. It was all rap music these days. He drifted around, looking for a place to live.
That was until he broke into an acoustics lab and stole the necessary components needed to upgrade his keytar. Using his newly upgraded keytar, he convinced a store to give him a new wardrobe for free, and even managed to make a decent living. He can't stay in one place for too long though for fear that he will be found out and caught. He has to stay one step ahead of the law at all times.
