===POWERS===
Powers: Tommy can fly, he has wings; he can fly about 30 MPH, and the farthest he's ever flown at one time is ten miles (his limit is about that anyways). At a time he can fly for about two hours, but this only depends on how fast he is flying. (If he's going his fastest it's about half an hour.)
He can also heal others and himself (his healing powers only heal cuts, bruises and fractured bones, but not full breaks).
In addition he has psychic abilities (telepathy and telekineses only); his telepathy is strong, but he has to be within a 50 foot radius of the person he's reading the mind of (it helps to be close enough for physical contact, however, as the thoughts often come in fragments unless he is personally close with someone).
As for his telekinesis, he has to be within a 25 foot radius and must weigh 200 pounds or less for him to be able to pick it up; he doesn't usually throw items, as he can never really focus on his target (what with being blind), but he can move it fairly quickly (to get it from one side of the room to him it would take no more than 10 seconds), and he can hold them for about ten minutes if it's 200 pounds (the lighter the object, the longer he can hold it); the longest he's held something is two hours and that was a knife.
Skills: He was raised as an orphan in the bad part of London and knows self defence, but uses it more to protect others rather than himself.
Weaknesses: He is blind, for starters (but he is capable of moving around without assistance). His stubbornness is what got him blind, which is another weakness. He's also too trusting, which leads him to those who are against him. (For example, when he had escaped from the orphanage, he trusted a doctor to help with a wound on his shoulder. But the doctor was one of the scientists who wanted to run tests for his DNA and stuff.)

===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===
Personality: Tommy is your average modern day hippie. He's almost always in a good mood, and you know something's up when he isn't smiling. Charming, he is really good with the ladies, but is always respectful. (Being blind, as well, means he'll most likely be interested in your personality.) He can be very stubborn, however, which is bad for those who try to help him. He is rather sassy, but he only means well.
Strengths: Tommy's as chivalrous as a knight in King Arthur's court. There is no way he'll put himself before others, even in a life or death situation. (So he's horribly kind.) He is also rather smart, but only because of what he hears in the minds of others - plus, he's pretty smart for a kid who has never gone to school.
Interests/Habits: When he's bored he doesn't do much, what with being blind. He'll walk around and attempt to get a feel for wherever he currently is. He does, however, enjoy sculpting - which often results in very abstract pieces. He'll ask the first person to see it what the first thing is to come to mind, and when they respond that's what he'll name his piece.
===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===

History: One cold August night in Whitechapel, at the local hospital, Tommy was born to parents he doesn't remember. His parents cast him away that night, donating him to science - Tommy was a mutant, born with wings, and that was something they couldn't deal with. For the first five years of his life, Tommy was raised as a lab rat and treated like an animal. Coming up on his seventh year, he met Renn, who would become his best friend.
When Tommy was nine, the scientists took him into the operating room to experiment on his eyesight in attempts of improving it. As a result of an implication, Tommy's eyes were both scratched and he was rendered blind. Despite his handicap, Tommy never gave up on things. He and Renn escaped from the lab and were found later on the streets by a woman who owned an orphanage. She took in the two children, but never knew of their secrets - their powers and where they came from.
When he was sixteen, Tommy was adopted. His adoptive parents turned out to be scientists and had heard of a "bird boy" who was blind. They wanted the experiment for themselves. As a result of more science projects and abuse, Tommy ran away and is now searching for Renn.
