Powers: Meteorokinesis: can control every and all aspects of weather at will.

Flight: can fly up to 50 mph with wings.

Energy manipulation: When using her weather controlling powers, she is also able to project this through her body. She can send lightning, intense cold, and intense heat from her hands at will. Her power over thunder has been used to create deafening sounds for distracting her enemies. She can create powerful tornadoes, hurricanes, and various winds that are capable of moving a vast number of objects/people including levitating an entire building. Her ability over water and it's forms has been shown by her creating heavy rainfall, and instant floods that have even "washed" away savage land dinosaurs. Control over moisture and temperature allows her to freeze/flash freeze objects and people in the blink of an eye.

Weaknesses: Physical condition: It takes a lot of effort to use some of her powers so when she is extremely tired she has trouble really using them. She is limited by the force of her will and the strength of her body.

Emotions: Her emotions affect the weather on occasion, a fit of rage can cause a great storm. Where as severe sadness can also send the weather toppling in fits of rain as well.

Naturally occurring limitation: She can not do such things as reduce temperatures to extreme lows or highs if the planet she is on does not ever get to such extremes.

She is polite, but when angry can be somewhat scary. Being an angel she does have an ethereal quality about her but remembers how to act human as well.

History: Skylanna lived a happy life, nothing out of the ordinary. She had friends, a family, and she was happy. That was, until the accident. She was the victim of a burglary that turned into a kidnapping that turned into a murder. A couple of men busted into her house, intending on taking everything valuable and instead took her. She was kidnapped for two weeks before they decided to get rid of the evidence. After being sexually abused over and over again, she was murdered and tossed on the side of an abandoned highway. Her body wasn't found for a month.

It wasn't until her body was found that she really realized she was somewhat alive again. Sure she was still dead, but she was able to be seen, and touched, and she could fly. She was an angel, living above the clouds and able to make herself a solid being. She flew back to Earth, back to Jump City, and back to her old life. But when she almost sent her mother into hysterics, she realized her old life was over. Saddened by this, she realized she had more than the power of flight. The entire city of Jump was sent into mass chaos as thunderstorms rocked the city. It wasn't until Skylanna wished them to end that they did, and she realized her powers.

She practiced for two years straight out in the middle of nowhere, making sure she could control her powers before using them. Upon gaining absolute control, she returned to Jump, intent on doing good for the people. She would help people where no one was there to help her.


Sample RP

Skye flew above the clouds thoughfully, running her fingers through the white clouds of fluff, a smile on her face. The sun shone on her back, her pale white wings beating in rhythm. She flew down beneath the clouds, needing to check for danger and stopped, her wings still keeping her aloft. She frowned and saw an attempted robbery. Flying down quickly, she stopped right above the pavement, "You might now want to do that," She said and raised her hands. The clouds immediately turned black and she smirked at her power. She clouded the street in fog and focused on the two men as they gazed around scared. She shot bolts of lightning out of her hands at one of the men, knocking him out.

She then sens a gush of wind at the other, causing him to hit the bank wall behind him with great force, which knocked the breath right out of him. Smiling still, she then did this action a second time, convinced he would now not try and get up. She saw a police car roaring in the distance towards them and cleared the fog. Waiting for the man in the car to get out, she turned to him, "You're welcome. They're all yours," She said and flew away happily. She flew back above the clouds, needing to feel the sun on her back once again.
