Time manipulation and Magma control = wayyyy too powerful especially when you don't have any definite weaknesses to stop her. You'll need to tone her down and add some real kryptonite type weaknesses before I even begin to think about accepting her sadly.

Weaknesses still really aren't good enough, because unless I'm able to produce a sub zero temp cold or get a truck full of water. You seem pretty unstoppable. Unless of course, she herself is still weak to regular injury and personally can be frozen or wet without ridiculous amounts of water and ice in addition to also negating your powers. Then I could see it as good enough.

Also, you edited your powers, but forgot to remove time travel from history.

As for creating volcanoes...No, maybe making mini ones, but no she can't make full fledged volcanoes...If you look up tectonic plates it wouldn't even make sense scientifically. In addition, I'd say erupting volcanoes already there is ok.

Lavas doesn't incinerate minerals, it melts them...So your lava breath is actually more powerful than regular lava if it can incinerate. I don't have a problem with it...If it's slowed down to be easily avoidable, since molten rock would be slower than gaseous flames.

Finally, you didn't finish the eruption inducement limitations.
