Eye Color: - Bright green eyes, however they appear white due to his mask.

===POWERS===


Powers: - Is an ordinary human.


Skills: - He has the uncanny ability to create riddles and brain-teasers almost on the spot. Powerful analytical mind. Creates question based weaponry to aid in his life of crime. He has slightly above average running ability, due to how often he found himself running from bullies back in gotham.


Weaknesses: - He is a regular human, meaning that anything from stabs, to gunshots, to falls, can kill him. He is subject to anything a regular human can be injured by. His fighting skills are below average, in other words, can throw a punch, but it wont really hurt anyone.

Equipment: - He doesn't carry any real weaponry on him, as his costume usually restrict his on body storage space. He does however carry calling cards marked with green and black question marks.


===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===


Personality: - Conrad now has less of a burning hatred for robin, but more for the Titans in general. He wont stop until he has proven himself to be smarter than every one of them, which deep down, he knows is a near impossible task. He likes all manners of riddles, puzzles, brain teasers. And though he is a villain, he does take some inspiration for a few of his puzzles from English gentleman/archeologist/puzzle enthusiast Hershel Layton.

He hates those who use brute strength to fight their battles, and prefers brain power. Though considered a loner in most aspects, he is fairly capable of holding a discussion with others.

He usually treats most people as inferiors to him. The only ones he considers to treat as equals are those who can best him in a mental challenge. Once in a while, he makes exceptions to this rule of his, but it isn't that often. Most of his behavior can be attributed to his ADHD, although some consider him slightly insane.



Strengths: - Smart, a brilliant strategist and tactician. He is a brilliant hacker(almost as good as cyborg, and that's without the cybernetic body part!)


Interests/Habits: - Works on new ways to stump the heroes. Crosswords. Plays video games, but only if they have a logic based gameplay in them.


===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===

History: - Growing up in one of Gothams most peaceful sub-burbs, you'd figure Conrad would have a normal childhood. Wrong. At the age of 15, he was diagnosed with ADHD, and developed a love for riddles and word-play. He would often confuse people with his riddles and questions. There was only one person who made him feel like less of an outcast. The Riddler. Batmans nemesis. Making a costume similar to his, he ran from home to pursue the one he felt was the only one worthy of taking on his conundrums. Robin. The protegee of his inspirations enemy!

Unfortunately, robin had relocated to jump city. Following after him, he hatched a plot with Kitty, the daughter of Killer Moth. Staging a kidnapping of Kitty, Kwiz Kid tricked the Titans (notably Robin) into going to the island to free her, much to Starfire's chagrin. When they arrived, they found out the trap and Kwiz Kid's 'skills' weren't enough to keep them subdued. He disappeared from the island - a trick that was feasible as he never actually on the island and merely a hologram.

Sample RP - One man, one expertly made death trap. With the flip of a switch, the sword will swing. Cutting the rope and dropping the man into the vat of molten lead.

"Let's get things over with now shall we? You made a grave mistake in not telling me where you put the money from your "great bank heist" last week. I of course, figured your identity in 2 hours... give or take. Now you can tell me where you put it... or I can give you a riddle."

"The heck are you talking about?"

"You see, if you refuse the money, I will ask you a riddle. Get it right, and you leave. Get it wrong... and you can see just how painful lead heated up to 837 degrees can be."

Unfortunatly, like selfish criminal he was, he would rather risk the lead than his precious bills.

"You're crazy... but go for it. Ask away."

The boy looked up at the dangling man.

"The man who buys me doesn't need me. The man who makes me doesn't use me. However, the man who uses me doesn't even know he's doing it. What am I?"

"Uh-urm.... I dunno..."

"The answer is... a coffin. You're going to need one."

"But please, wait, I'll tell ya where I stashed the cash! You can have it all! I hid it buried it behind the elm tree in my front-yard! You know where it is, you kidnapped me from there!

"Now was that too hard?"

"Can I please go now?"

"Go? Of course not."

*Click*

With that, screams filled the air, accompanied by the sound of sizzling.

"You got my riddle wrong."

well since the grammar errors dont need to be handled i suppose i got only one thing to say

you'll need to change powers to n/a or none those ones don't count thats apperently what ive been informed about so hope you fix this
