Powers:

• Soul Mastery: Soul Slasher steals the souls of his fallen enemies, meaning even if they are immortal, they technically will be not reborn. As a result this means he basicully steals the souls of gods and absorbs their own power, making it impossible for them to return in a new body. Which means he can not only kill immortals but also steal their power. Thus he gains access to any of their previous abilities and can shapeshift himself into their previous form, aka pose as them, also changing his voice and stealing their skills or like I said before, powers. The downside is he also gains their weaknesses which can make him both deadly and weak. If the souls are released it also means any immortals or any other type of classification will return to their normal bodies, which I felt I should mention.

Skills: N/A, he was born with no skills but if he kills anyone he will gain their skills.

Weaknesses: Anyone with a strong will, OOC wise translating to any hero, upon defeat will release the souls he has absorbed making him a regular human. This also takes away his powers gained from the others, their skills, but also takes away their weaknesses. Speaking of that he gains the weaknesses of any souls he absorbs as stated before, so he can practicully screw himself by stealing a soul.

Personality: Soul Slasher has no remorse. He is cunning, smart, and evil. He has no purpose other than to cause pain but will often make smart comments even in defeat, or in victory.

===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===

Family Members: None living.
Place of Origin: Nether Realm
Current City: Wherever he decides to go, so he doesn't actually have a home.

History: Soul Slasher was not born, but created... In the pits of the Nether Realm. He was created only to make others laugh and had no true skills. But soon he grew tired of being treated like crap and lashed out, killing almost every demon in it. As a result a curse was put on him, making it impossible for him to live a normal life. As a result he grew the power to absorb souls... Which made the curse make him an actual threat, so they basicully made him more powerful. The curse was put on by the lords of the realm who he set out after. Upon defeating them Slasher killed them and as he was about to absorb their soul, he crushed their own souls in his very palms! He then burnt their bodies to nothing but ashes and opened up a portal to Earth with the remains of their power inside their ashes, entering it to cause chaos.

A few years later he opened up a project which was shut down, and than he "died" by the hands of Stryker. What the boy did not know was that he was still alive. His old codename, The Dark One, was changed to Soul Slasher. Then he set out to cause more chaos across the realms and turn Stryker's life into crap like his had been.

ok is this character only popin in for one or two threads because since you can only rp him you can't use him a lot with out being called out for the loop hole rule of trieing to make more than you character limit.

Loop hole? Not exactly. This is an NPC, a non-playable-character. In my eyes I don't see NPCs as actual characters, just tools for the plot. And since they can't be in a topic without an actual character created I still can't see how they'd be characters. If I worded that stupidly sorry and I'll give an example.

This guy could only be in a topic if I had Stryker in it, Shadowblast, or Red X. The only charrie I will be using him with if this is approved will be Stryker of course but just to give a brighter example I'm using them all. He wouldn't be in actual threads alone and he'd always have to be with Stryker. Also just to clear things up this is one of the major characters in his past, so I wouldn't put him in threads unless they were extremely important ones to my character's plot.

In other words he'd only show up on occassion... Though I still don't see him as an actual character and if there are NPC limits I didn't know about them. If it really is an actual problem than he'll be in only one or two threads, even if it isn't mainly because the threads have to be of huge importance to my charrie's plot, but I don't think NPCs are actual characters. So if there was a limit on NPCs or they counted as actual characters on here I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure he's not.

NPCs aren't characters but I have seen them being used like regular common characters before so since your only using him like once or twice you should be fine so I gess this app is....
