Powers:
Gift of Patience
-Pacific can create divine shields, with a 5 foot radius, centered on himself or another person. Each field prevents anything that would cause physical harm from reaching the target. Rockets, bursts of fire, punches, bullets, and other attacks will all either be diverted around the field or stopped outright. The field is unbreakable, and unmovable (unless the target moves). However, if the target attempts to harm anyone, the field will disappear. The target will then be unable to receive benefit from a divine shield for 1 hour. This restriction still applies to Pacific himself.

To create a divine shield, Pacific must be able to see the target. After the field is in place, the target can go anywhere they want, while still benefiting from the field. In such a case, the field would last for up to an hour.

The field does not have a physical barrier. The target can still pass easily through doors and shake hands with someone. This also means that if someone is within the 5 foot radius and attacks the target, the attack will still be diverted. You can't sneak inside it. He can only create 3 divine shields at a time. If one disappears due to the target's aggression, or if Pacific cancels it out, he must wait an hour before he can replace it.

Skills:
Martial Arts
-Pacific has trained in martial arts for years. He uses this largely for self-defense when his three divine shields are focused on other people (usually civilians caught in a crossfire).  Still, if he feels the need, he can put up quite the fight. He is highly skilled, and only a master of martial arts will surpass him.

Free Running
-Pacific is skilled in free running. He is able to navigate through obstacles without slowing down. This allows him to get places faster than other people if he really needs to.

Agile
-Pacific is acrobatic enough to do back flips, wall-kicks, and other physical feats with relative ease.  

Physical Weaknesses:
Human
-If his protection fields are focused on other people, or if he has engaged in a fight, Pacific is just a normal human. Everything suddenly hurts him.

Limited Number
-Pacific's shields are limited to 3 max at any given time. If there is a large crowd spread out over a large area, he will not be able to protect everybody.

Pacifism
-When under the protection from a divine shield, Pacific and/or his targets cannot attack anyone. Doing so immediately causes the Divine Shield to disappear.

Mental Weaknesses:
Telepathic Attacks
-Divine shields offer no special defense against mental-based attacks.

Peace Above All
-Pacific will go so far to maintain peace that he will often let enemies and criminals get away if he can't find a non-violent resolution. If they aren't talked into handing themselves in, he very well may just let them walk away.

Personality:
He is usually chill and comes across as laid-back. Naturally, this means he is very patient. Mercutio is a pacifist. He doesn't refuse to fight if he thinks it is necessary, but he does try to find a non-violent solution to problems first.

-Stays calm in tense situations.

-While not superhuman, he can run faster and lift more than the average person.

History:
A long and bright history as a high school sports star led to...well, a job at a pizza shop. He has always wanted to be a lawyer, so he can make a difference in the world. But college and law school take money, something the Fisher family had little to spare. He has been trying to save up for college, but so far he's been having a hard time just paying his rent.

With crime on the rise, and stress building from family pressure to 'do something with his life,' Lewis has taken up two hobbies: drawing and fighting crime.

Only recently, upon taking up the moniker of Mr. Pacific, has Lewis realized that he has supernatural powers. He doesn't know the origins yet, but it has saved him from a very, very short crime fighting career.
