Recently more villains have been entering into the fray even the playing field for villains against neutrals but there are still a surplus more of heroes than villains. Though the villains are certainly putting up a fight to further themselves very quickly.

added to cb rules section in rules

Ranting is only allowed of you have it in only one post and in a spoiler. If you continuously do not put rants in singal spoilers you will be banned for how ever long the banner thinks you should be banned off cb determinate on how often you disobeyed this rule and them. Mods/admins my kick you first as warning.
