Titans Central Announcement

Ok firsts up Titans central is now open for business I know I already said this in the TTC thread but I wanted to put this here to tell everyone who is to lazy to check TTC. Please anyone who is wanting to be in Titans Central re read the main paragraph before the list of members for the new updated version of the joining info. Also this means Moon772, Sage, Pikazard, Alphaknight, and Rainbro will need to keep checking up on the roster to see if there are new people wanting to join so you can talk about it either in a thread with actual titans or out of character about them joining but you will have to think how the actual titans would think about the wanting to join person and decide that way and like Sage said Xeon is first to being decided so please hop on TTC and discuss his character joining. Thanks for taking time from your rp lifes to read this.
